At AX Paris, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returning eligible items and requesting a refund.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order information

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return, except where you have rights under applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Return

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically confirm it as the return destination.

Return Shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, including returns relating to personal preference or incorrect size selection, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us. Where required by applicable law, AX Paris will be responsible for reasonable return costs associated with faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@axparis.shop.

Please include your order number and relevant photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items returned outside the applicable return period, except where required by law
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing required tags or original packaging where this affects their resale condition
  • Certain sealed or hygiene-sensitive products after they have been opened, where permitted by law
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@axparis.shop.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In some circumstances, you may need to return the original eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.

EU and German Cancellation Rights

For qualifying online purchases, consumers in Germany and the European Union generally have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the applicable goods must be returned within the period required by law.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy is provided in addition to applicable statutory rights.

Original Shipping Charges

For voluntary returns outside statutory withdrawal rights, original shipping charges may not be refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, reimbursement of eligible standard delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory rights available under German or European Union consumer protection laws.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the purchase contract, you may have additional legal rights and remedies.
